Curiosity, Customers & Cats

Whether you’re an online or offline business, you need to keep being curious about the people you’re trying to reach. If you aren’t even curious yet, you better start now. Pay attention to what they do, what they don’t do and why they do or don’t do things. This incessant curiosity will point you towards the right direction - where you need to spend your energy, focus, time, and resources the most. Don’t stop being curious about your customers. Be a cat. And oh, curiosity did not kill the cat. :)
