About Us
I Need A Michee started with almost 2 years of our colleagues and friends telling us about the need for our services. Digging deeper, we saw a common and stressful pain that most startup entrepreneurs experience.
From here, we found that most startups fail when the demand for the founders' time becomes too much to handle. Knowing this, it sparked a burning desire within us to help startup entrepreneurs deal with the growing demand of their business and their time.
We wish to give startup entrepreneurs their precious time back so that they can focus on growing their business and taking care of themselves.
WHO WE ARE
Michee Santos
Yes - the Michee on the logo. I'm one of the founders of I Need A Michee. For more than 5 years, I worked at The Foundation wearing different hats from Admin Support to heading the Customer Support.
Prior to The Foundation, I have always worked closely with the founders of companies I have worked with, both during my online career and corporate gigs.
Other than the current services we offer, my specialty is building systems and improving problem areas of a company.
I always love to help founders get their businesses rolling and hope that our company can help your company and most especially, YOU.
Alla Camacho
I'm Alla, Michee's partner in crime. Same with Michee, I've worked closely with founders.
My first job in the online world was a writing gig but soon turned into a VA job since I am a curious cat - spotting and pointing out things that need to be done, can be improved on, and then actually getting the work done.
I discovered that one of my specialties and what excites me the most is revamping a struggling company - from its marketing, content, website, customer support to social media.
I want to help struggling startup companies get to the part where they can scale and earn a loyal following. And of course, I'd love to help YOU gain your time back so you can do BIGGER things and things that matter more
