WHAT ARE COMMON ADMIN SUPPORT TASKS?

HOURS PER DAY

The hours per day is the maximum number of hours that our team will spend on your business to do all the tasks included in the plan of your choice. Note that this only during weekdays. We recognize the importance of weekends as time to take a break and refresh. 

 

EMAIL CUSTOMER SUPPORT

This includes all emails that are related to your customer department. We know that each startup would have their own software (or none at all) that is used for customer support and while this says, "email", this would also include answering customer support in various channels such as comments in your store site and the like. What this does NOT include is phone calls and live chat.

 

INTERNAL FAQs / SOPs OF YOUR SYSTEM

We know how important SOPs and systems are. We find that most startups fail to document their systems which makes the process of onboarding new team members time consuming. Whether it's admin support or customer support, we will document the current system you have during our first month and turn it into an easy step by step manual which you can use once you bring in more team members.

 

UPDATED EXTERNAL FAQ

More often than not, customers have similar questions which can be documented and posted on your site. What we'll do is update your current FAQ (or if you don't have one, then we'll be the one to start it) based on the customer support questions / cases that we receive during the first month. This will help lessen the customer support emails that you receive or make it easier for your customer support team to respond since both your customers and future customer support team member will have a database to rely on. Less FAQs sent to your customer support inbox also allows your customer support team to address bigger issues faster.

 

EMAIL INBOX MANAGEMENT

As your business grows, so does the volume of emails you receive. Have you ever missed important emails that could have helped your business gain more exposure, save more money or maybe a customer feedback that could have bolstered your social proof? What we'll do is make sure that you see these important emails. We will filter them from the junk and streamline a system based on your needs so that you can address the urgent emails first, important next and go through the other emails when you have time. 

 

CALENDAR SCHEDULING AND MANAGEMENT

One of the easiest ways to do this is to get a scheduler software which we highly advise for you to do. However, these software are also heavily dependent on how you accurately update the calendar linked to it. That's where we come in. We'll make sure your calendar is up to date, handle the back and forth emails of scheduling so that all you need to do is check your calendar and see a solid schedule in place.

 

BLOG POSTING

Sometimes you have the content but it doesn't get out to your site and audience because formatting it takes a chunk of your time. Give us the content and we'll take care of formatting it, finding a great image for it, schedule it and release it on your blog. All you have to worry about is writing those awesome thoughts that you have and we'll take care of getting your message out.

 

UPDATING SPREADSHEETS / TRACKERS

One of the most important things in business is being able to track key things. Whether it's your marketing metrics, content releases or updates, project updates, we will make sure you don't need to do the manual labor of gathering all these data in a spreadsheet. Instead, all you'll need to do is tell us what to update and when to update it. Imagine starting your Mondays with all of these data ready.

 

SENDING OUT NEWSLETTERS

This is almost similar to blog posting except these are newsletters. Setting it up and making sure the all the settings are correct takes a chunk of your time too. Give them to us and we'll handle getting it in your system and to your customers' inbox.
