So how much is your time worth?
For all of us, it’s pretty high up there.
But here’s what I noticed. When it comes to translating our time’s worth in money value, we tend to lower it down.
How many times have you stalled hiring someone to help you out in your business?
Sure you’re able to hustle and get by.
Never mind that you’re exhausted everyday. You can wing it. You have no time to think about your health. You feel invincible. You live in the moment.
Or that you lose time with friends.
You’re busy building your business up. There would be time for that later.
“Maybe next time” is your go to response.
Never mind…
That you miss out on the important moments in your kid’s life.
Big or small.
The details that make up who they are now and who they become.
You’ll make up for those missed moments in the future.
You have plenty of time to catch up...soon.
Never mind that even when you’re with your family, your mind is somewhere else. You’re easily irritated with small talks because you’re worried about your business.
You rarely spend time with your loved one. You’re lucky the love of your life is very supportive and understanding.
But behind those “It’s alright” “I understand” and “Really, I get it” is sadness and longing.
But you push those thoughts aside because you think your time is better spent somewhere else.
So...how much is your time really worth?
