If you spend it on whining, gossiping, feeling afraid, being lazy - then you’ll become better at being these things. If on the other hand, day by day, you spend a bit more of your time on writing, being more curious, empathizing, finding solutions - no doubt, you’ll get better at these things. Try to remember what you wanted to achieve, learn or be better at 5 years ago, 10 years ago. And look back as to how you’ve spent your time along the way.
Who were you spending time with? What were the things you were filling your time with? The things you repeatedly spend time on then become habits, repeated behavior - shaping and molding you as time flows. So again, how are you spending your time?
