Can you confidently tell your clients “You’re gonna miss me when I’m gone”? This is not being arrogant. Although it may sound a little bit leaning into that spectrum. But here’s the thing.
If your absence is not felt...If your presence is not missed and if your not being around doesn’t make any difference on how the day turns out then might as well not have you around at all.
If you want your clients, customers, and fans to stick around, better give them a reason to.
Any business should aim to become irreplaceable and be “it” for their customers. The same goes to employees.
So are your clients, customers, or employer going to miss you when you’re gone? Or would they easily replace you?
