You’re bound to get bad reviews.
Somewhere, someone out there does not like what you do or how you do things.
The very same thing that other people love and rave about you, someone is unhappy about it.
Most of us get bothered so much when people don’t like us. Entrepreneurs especially.
When we get a bad review, we automatically think that there’s something wrong with our product or service. With how we do things.
That’s our default.
And most of the time we spend much time, effort, and resources in trying to convert the nonbelievers. And that’s a complete waste!
It’s very rare for someone to say “Oh it’s not for them”.
Or that maybe you don’t have what they’re looking for - which is not a bad thing.
Or maybe they just don’t get how you do things or why you do things. Or maybe they just like someone else better, which again, is not a bad thing.
Negative reviews can point you to some things that need to be improved on. But some negative reviews, you just can’t really do anything about it.
You’re not for them. Remember, you can’t please everyone.
