Scream


Don’t you have those moments when you just need to belt out a huge, loud scream of frustration?

It could be from a stressful week, different things happening all at the same time, exhaustion and anything else that you can think of.

So, do you scream?

I’d advise you to do so. Scream. It. Out.

Go to a cliff and scream. Or maybe the beach or anywhere you feel comfortable screaming your lungs out.

I live in the city so most of the time, I do this with my face buried in my pillow, so as not to disturb our neighbors.

You may think this is silly but it helps. It always helps to release your frustrations out instead of bottling it up. Try it. It won’t solve anything but it will make you feel better.
