You have to trust your team. That they’ll figure things out and solve problems. Even come up with better solutions than you. You have to stop yourself from clipping their wings. Let their brilliance shine. You also have to make space for mistakes. They are bound to make a number of them. But you also need to have faith that they’ll learn from them.
If you start treating your team as what they can be still, they’ll step up to the plate. They will soar high, make breakthroughs. And, believe me when I say, they will love you for it. So trust your team.
